Common Help Topics

Most requests fall into one of these areas.

Game bug or incorrect flag data

Send the country name, game mode, and a screenshot if possible. If the issue only happens on one difficulty or one challenge type, include that too.

In-app purchase or restore question

Include the item name, the date of purchase, and what you currently see inside the app. This helps us compare the report with StoreKit and app-side state.

Account, progress, or sign-in issue

Mention whether you signed in with Apple or another method, and whether the issue is about missing progress, profile data, or a login failure.

Translation or localization feedback

FlagMaster supports multiple languages. If you spot unclear text or a translation issue, send the screen and the language you were using.

Small details make support faster.

If possible, include the device model, iOS version, app version, and a screenshot or screen recording. That usually removes the back-and-forth needed to reproduce the issue.
